Creating a unique identity for the first fully-integrated multi-omic testing solution.

Codetta Bio is a research company dedicated to advancing life science research and testing capabilities.

They sought a unique brand identity system to stand out and bring the first ever multi-omic biomarker measurement tool to market. Together, we chose an octopus to represent the Codetta brand: they’re intelligent, agile animals whose tentacles resemble the tails in their propriety testing tool, as well as the different life science spaces Codetta touches.

We also felt that a specific mascot would work well for marketing, creating a recognizable animal and symbol that would be memorable and work well on a variety of different collateral.

Website Copywriting

I partnered with the client to attain a deep understanding of complex multi-omic testing concepts to create compelling, scientifically-accurate copy for every page of their new website. I also collaborated with the project’s designer to create a brand identity for this new-to-market product, including their company tagline and the name of their mascot.
